My daughter had her ears pierced by Leanne, and the whole experience was amazing! Leanne was so professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and had the perfect calming presence for my nervous 8-year-old. The shop is absolutely beautiful, with the most stunning jewellery on display. The selection of studs was fantastic ? so many gorgeous options to choose from! I now have one very happy little girl. After a fabulous service on my Omega Constalation, I didn't think twice who I would take my engagement ring too when the diamond fell out.
Not only did the jeweller reset the diamond but replaced the entire setting resulting in my ring looking even more beautiful than it was originally.
I cannot recommend this team and the beautiful jewelry they sell enough (I have since bought several pieces as gifts), but the staff making you feel like family and the quality of work will keep me coming back here first everything. Thank you to all the team. Paula

I purchased a Garmin F?nix 8 recently and the whole experience was tremendous from start to finish, as was the price! I dealt mainly with Sue, who was fantastic to deal with. She stayed in regular touch to keep me up to date on the progress of my order and accommodated a last minute delivery change without any fuss.

Difficult to get hold of customer service, then they ignore you after refusing to uphold a warranty, I will be buying directly from companies now rather than third parties.

Recently purchased a new watch from SLJ. The whole process has been seamless from start to finish. SLJ had the best price in the whole country for my item, communication form the business has been superb, answering all questions by email in a very shirt period of time and delivery of my watch was in a matter of days..Brilliant service altogether

I have never received the ring I ordered from them. Their staff Nigel meant to make a false promise that they would refund me in February, but deliberately ignored me then changed his mind until the chargeback timeframe passed and said they actually wouldn't refund me. This is no different from a scam. I wouldn't suggest anyone purchase from this business. You wouldn't know whether the items are authentic from an unfaithful company like this.

I can?t praise Leanne and the team highly enough. I bought an engagement ring and from start to finish it was an amazing experience.
We have ordered our wedding rings from Sarah Laytons too. Everything they sell is quality and the staff actually care and go above and beyond to make sure the experience is one never to be forgot.
We are getting married 28th February and am so excited to pick the rings up.

Excellent staff with full knowledge on all items instore. Plus a piercing studio and jewellery welding available, they have there own jeweler on site, with bespoke jewellery making. This is a family run business which adds to the welcoming feeling you get every time you arrive. Highly recommended, especially if you want that finer touch.

Leanne and Gill are fantastic, you have a huge selection to choose from but they arranged a bespoke piece for me and it was beautiful. The shop is really pretty and you will find some special and unusual gifts. Definitely worth a trip.
