Geraldine and the team at Mortimers were fantastic from start to finish. They were extremely patient over the years we were looking for the perfect house, and kept in regular contact sending us details of suitable properties in the area where we were looking.When we eventually found the right property, and going through the house buying process, Geraldine was quick to respond to all my questions. No question was too small or too silly. Her friendly and professional approach was always welcome and reassuring.All in all using Mortimers as an estate agent was a straightforward and stress-free process. Exactly what you need when buying a house! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Having discussed our sale with 4 local agencies, Ed at Mortimers spent time to fully evaluate our home and to suggest a selling price that was substantially greater than the others, fully explaining the rational and giving us the benefit of his extensive local knowledge. Mortimers introduced us to the staff that would manage the process and arranged & managed the viewings. The house sold for the proposed price fully confirming Mortimers as the right choice for our sale.We have moved to Scotland which, meant a slight complexity in the legal process due to the different systems in these regions and once the conveyancing was under way, we experienced a few problems with delays on our buyers side. Geraldine was assiduous in chasing our buyer and and their solicitors to resolve these and was a key player in ensuring everything went through on the agreed dates. We cannot praise her tenacity and attention to detail enough. We would certainly recommend Mortimers to others for their total commitment to ensuring we had best value and first-class service.

My husband and I have just bought a house from Mortimers and we couldn?t be happier. The staff have all been fantastic, especially Geraldine who has supported us through the whole process. Right from the start, nothing was too much trouble. Even through the high number of emails and phone calls going backwards and forwards between myself and the seller via Geraldine, she never made me feel like it was too much trouble and was always happy to help. Geraldine has made moving house a lot less stressful and for that we will be forever grateful.
