“I had my hair done by Harley who is a young woman but will such skills!! I’m 21 myself and she definitely understood what look I wanted to achieve: dark toned blonde with layers and face frame. She worked with me throughout, showing me examples of different toners so I could pick which one I want. The colour came out beautifully! Not too dark, not too bright.
