Delighted with my first purchase from Dawsons (via their ecookshop website). Ordered a LeCreuset saucepan set for a great price, which was delivered quickly.
Unfortunately one of the pans had a manufacturing defect, but it was easy to reach their customer service team who arranged an efficient replacement.
Nowadays when so many businesses make it difficult to call and speak to anyone (or worse still, rely on AI chatbots!), it's great that there are still some like Dawsons who know the value of friendly & efficient customer service :)

Ordered Weber bbq £549 didn?t say out of stock range after 2 weeks asked where bbq is to be told not coming so got a refund
Week later could see on the website they were in stock and could even choose date to be delivered so paid again another £549 booked a days holiday to wait in for delivery
No time for delivery so rang Dawsons and was told non in stock YET AGAIN so another refund I think the service of this company is misleading and shocking to not have the real info on site I WOULD WARN EVERYONE TO NOT ORDER OFF DAWSONS OR BBQ WORLD COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME zero * 0/10

Really impressed today with the customer service provided by Claire. I placed an online order at the weekend and Claire was able to organise delivery for this week direct with the manufacturer, meeting the deadline we had. It was a big ask and I didn't expect her to be able to do it so thank you!

Just received two boxed sets of Le Creuset Petits Fours appetizer plates. They travelled almost 7,000km to my home in Canada and they arrived intact! Another store didn't know how to pack stoneware and I lost over half the items on that order. THANK YOU Dawsons!! Why did I order from the UK? Because like most of us Le Creuset fans we get obsessed about specific colours and Garnet/Rhone is hard to find. Thanks again Dawsons for a professional job well done!

Bought a Pit Boss BBQ at £1,000 at the beginning of May and it arrived damaged. Got a replacement part over 3 months later after multiple times chasing and have been offered £100 compensation for the inconvenience of having missed the entire summer. I cannot stress strongly enough how much I will never deal with this company again. Shocking in every aspect. My advice is definitely buy elsewhere.

Ordered garden furniture on Sat and it arrived on Thursday. I was weary from the reviews of ordering from this site but I can't fault them. I tracked the delivery and the delivery company rang to arrange a day when I would be in. The driver was really helpful and happy. The furniture was well packed and protected.
I love my new garden furniture and I got it in the sale so was really pleased with the price too.

I recently ordered a Hartman furniture set from Dawsons, costing over £1200. When it arrived, it came with stains on two sections of the furniture. I spoke with Dawsons who basically palmed me off directly to the supplier to arrange replacement. During this whole process they did not contact me to let me know what was happening with replacing the items, I had to actively go out of my way to get updates. Hartman then arrange a replacement delivery and collection of the faulty goods which cost me an additional two days to be at home to receive and return the faulty items. Not once did Dawsons feel it was their problem that I had to give up two days of my time to be around to get this issue resolved. Very disappointed and as a first time customer, I certainly won?t be returning to purchase from them again.

Be cautious buying large garden furniture here. My delivery arrived with no safe way to unload, and I had to help lift around 100kg off a lorry despite having a herniated disc. Items came with paint missing and scuffs, and the aftercare wasn?t as considerate as I?d have expected given the risks to customers.

I ordered a kitchen aid mixer from here - it was stolen off the doorstep and Dawsons washed their hands of it. They were fairly rude. In the end I re-ordered from AO who checked the option to ensure that the parcel was not left on my doorstep (easy to do!). I would not buy anything from here again.

Superb customer service.Placed an order for a yeti mug and the following day I wanted to add to the order another mug so called up but was told that my order was already packed waiting for collection but the very kind lady said she?d go and have a look to see if she could intercept it,few minutes later I got a call back to say that she had found it.A few days later my mugs turned up but one had a minor dent in so called to report it.I was emailed a prepaid returns label, I explained that I was going away and that by the time they received the faulty one back and dispatched the replacement I wouldn?t be at home to receive it so without me even having posted the faulty one back they sent a replacement for next day delivery,top class service.I have purchased quite a few yeti mugs from here and will continue to do so.
