I love it, especially the hardware department. The staff are really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A great place for so many things on the doorstep is hard to find these days. If they don't have it they'll try to get it if they can or suggest alternatives.

Terrible service from this company and its delivery partner. The item wasn?t delivered when it was supposed to be. DPD the delivery company were disgraceful when I contacted them. Outrageous !!!! I still am waiting for my delivery and will be escalating my complaint.

We bought 2 Milan style egg chairs from your Skipton store Thursday 3/8/23 4/8/23 your delivery men delivered the chairs 5/8/23 the covers arrived by Dpd courier,It's very refreshing to find a company giving first class 5 star service in this very challenging climate for the retail store Thank you very much R E Dawson's.
