Young man at the pharmacy very helpful. Pharmacist abrupt and patronising. He was also very condescending to the lady who was served after me.

I have only been to Boots in Clitheroe three times since moving into the town last September. Each time the service is appalling. Everyone cues at the pharmacy till because the retail till is unattended. When a big cue forms nobody in sales moves to the retail till. When two people this morning came into the shop and went straight to the retail till, they were not asked to join the main cue with others and were served ahead of those who were patiently waiting. When I raised my objection the lady behind the retail till sarcastically shouted ?have a good day?. All together poor service and till management.

Went in to get my son a prescription and the staff were very helpful but i asked to have my blood pressure checked as I had received a text request from my GP to have it checked. The nhs website gave boots in Clitheroe a pharmacy for a free check but they would not do it as they don?t do it if you are on medication. Very misleading

Rude staff and extremely slow service. They keep you waiting without acknowledging you are there. Lost my prescriptions. Will be going to the chemist in future.

Just been in to buy some perfume and Helen went out of her way to help us, even with our little daughter trying to escape ? she advised on the best deals and how to use the app to load points offers onto my card before use. Thanks Helen for making the whole experience much easier

Some staff can be a little abrupt sometimes and sadly some are not very knowledgeable about their offers ie 3 for 2. Insisted I couldn?t mix and match brands of shampoo when in fact you can after checking with other stores.
