Young man at the pharmacy very helpful. Pharmacist abrupt and patronising. He was also very condescending to the lady who was served after me.

I have only been to Boots in Clitheroe three times since moving into the town last September. Each time the service is appalling. Everyone cues at the pharmacy till because the retail till is unattended. When a big cue forms nobody in sales moves to the retail till. Went in to get my son a prescription and the staff were very helpful but i asked to have my blood pressure checked as I had received a text request from my GP to have it checked. The nhs website gave boots in Clitheroe a pharmacy for a free check but they would not do it as they don’t do it if you are on medication.... read full comment
