I?d seen a few negative reviews about this place so figured that it was worth sharing a positive experience. I ordered a couple of KJ accessories and a sneaky little yeti mug mid afternoon and they were delivered the very next day, despite only using the free delivery service. Excellent prices, well packaged and super quick delivery. I?ll absolutely use these guys again.

There was an issue with a part & Customer Service sorted a replacement to be delivered within minutes.

Ordered a Weber Genesis 435 and it arrived with the lid damage. They put me in touch with Weber Warranty which they advise that they are looking into sending a replacement part. It`s been almost 2 months. No replacement part. I don`t understand how this damage can be missed when packing the item. (The shipping box was note damage). I believe BBQ World was fully aware of the damage and they still decided to send it.

Tried to order a BBQ from this store via their website. Price was reasonable so was drawn in. Paid extra for next day pallet delivery however when the item arrived the box was badly battered with holes in and the BBQ damaged. After fighting with their support system not accepting emails with photos which they required before even telling me how the situation could be resolved a 2nd BBQ was dispatched. This arrived in an even worse state than the first one so both were sent back with the courier. When I contacted the store they said they couldn't send any more than 2 and would just refund me. No interest in where things were going wrong (probably why it was cheaper) and left me without a BBQ for my weekend plans, thanks so much. What a waste of time.

Good selection of BBQ and accessories from various leading brands. In-store there's sometimes sold-as-seen BBQ at very low prices. Worth a visit but their website has far far more products.

Ordered a Weber Spirit BBQ online and I was very impressed with everything. The price was good, and the BBQ was delivered as promised the next day. It came well packaged, and the delivery driver was very friendly and happily wheeled the pallet into our garage.

We bought our Weber gas barbecue online through BBQ World as they offered the best value for money. They also had a better range of accessories. The ordering process was very easy and we opted for the 6 months interest free credit which was very straight forward. The shipping company was very communicative and everything arrived safely on a wooden palette. We definitely recommend BBQ World for all your barbecue needs.

Ordered a Weber Spirit 310 bbq and some accessories to go with it.
The accessories arrived the next day via DPD and the bbq was delivered today.
Everything was excellent. The communication was clear and concise throughout. The items purchased are of excellent quality and bbq world had the best prices available too.
I will definitely be ordering more Weber parts and accessories in the near future.

Ordered online campingaz 4 series premium s. It was £335 over £70 cheaper then the next cheapest one online and it came with free delivery. I'd never heard of this company and wasn't sure about completing the order because comes up as a department store when paying but went for it anyway. It arrived super quick with no problems the BBQ is huge and comes on a pallet and it's needs assembling obviously the length of time to assemble isn't BBQ world's fault they're not the manufacturer. We rang to ask a question about delivery and spoke to a really lovely lady who was very helpful all in all I'd highly recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you for a great hassle free service.
