Very Disappointed today as we were refused entry with our very elderly Blind, Deaf, little dog in her small pram and it should be noted she is always quiet and of no bother to anyone or anything, this is the first time we have had a refusal as we have always been welcomed before in this particular shop and most other shops including Cafes.
The previous lady always made a fuss of our dog ?Maisie? and made us very welcome.
Our little dog is a family member and shouldn?t be discriminated against especially in a Charity Shop that is dependent on the goodwill of the public to provide funds.
Common Sense seems to be lacking as Prams with children are accepted but if it?s a dog in a Pram then No?WHY.
This Draconian attitude has to change, there is NO EXCUSE and I?ve heard them all.
This staff member said it was ?chief office? that made the exclusion.
Once again another Age Concern charity Shop that lacks common sense and fairness.
IF YOU ARE AN ANIMAL LOVER I URGE YOU TO BOYCOTT ALL Age Concern Charity Shops until they adopt common sense.

Staff can be rude here. Never a decent selection of men?s clothes but fair prices on what they do have. Better off elsewhere for men?s

Thank you to the lovely ladies last week, who went out of their way to help me with some Summer clothes for our holiday.

Really nice clean well organised shop. items reasonably priced so have a quick turnover of goods which I like as keeps me and I hope other customers going in regularly
