Polite hard working staff but I was kept waiting well over half an hour to see someone as the computer system in store was seemingly so horrendously old & slow it took staff an age to deal with every customer ahead of me. Sort it out Vodafone, you?re wasting peoples lives.

Came in here to collect a new phone that I had ordered from the Preston city centre branch.The guy who dealt with me was really friendly and knowledgeable about the product I was collecting. I didn't know there was a branch in Chorley but I will most likely use this going forward as I live closer to this one than Preston.

I found the member of staff very patronising I came in asking for a USB lead and I was told that the cost of the USB lead was £20 and yet infront of me it said £10 the person who spoke to me lied saying that they only took card payments when you could see people paying cash I went in today for the first time in 2 years and things hadn't improved

I came to the end of my contract, have them 30 days notice I didn't want to continue, told to take box back to shop by letter. Shop refused to take it as that's no longer the process. That was 2 months ago, they still haven't ended my contract and continue to send bills, which is adding up. Rang numerous times and speak to around 5 people each call, the final person saying dealt with, then get another bill. More hassle than it's worth being with Vodafone. Perfect to set everything up, but when it comes to the end absolutely useless.
