Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a financial institution. TSB how disgusting the lady at the counter is when she talks you you she might know things but one thing she don’t know is how to talk to customers definitely needs to go on some training , I think they all need some training we are the ones who put money in the bank so we should be treated better .
