Very poor customer service just ignore you couldnt organise a piss up in a brewery wont be shopping there in the future . Staff were very helpful though

Great perfume product and help to get perfume but after an email receipt didn?t come through to my email. I returned to the shop via car to ask for a receipt on the day. rather than offering to send another receipt to my email they advised me to call customer services for a receipt. I received no receipt for the business transaction on request. It was close to closing and I felt I was rushed out because they just wanted to go in 10minues time rather than assist me after purchase. No after care sadly

Amazing service from a young lady whom I regrettably didn?t catch the name of. I came in for two 25 year old fragrances with not much description and very limited time. She nailed both in three minutes.

Went into buy some perfume a few weeks. The girl on the desk was lovely but when I was about to purchase an item which was £69 . I was told that my £50 would not be accepted. This came from the manager of the store. Ridiculous rules in day and age. Sale lost and sadly my custom ?
