Service tends to be disappointing as some of the workers are miserable and unapproachable. Young blonde lad on the tills is a bit rude but I usually use self checkout which is much easier.

Purchased one of their garden sofas today and totally misjudged the size compared to my boot. The staff were amazing, letting me take it piece by piece and trekking it out to the car when I came to pick up another bit. Huge thanks to Oliver, Luke and Lee for all their help. Brilliant customer service!!

I used to use this store always until they put in parking g fines, my husband and myself are disabled, I have a mobility scooter, we had to get scooter out of car and assemble it, went into shop upstairs to look at clothing for both of us , I got a cardigan and we then went down to do our weekly grocery shop, we only shop once a week as it is a chore and the queues are long, after we got through the till we had to pack the car and dismantle my scooter to put it in the car and go home, BUT OVER A WEEK LATER WE GOT A PARKING FINE , I rang them but it is only a payment line, I sent lots of emails each one saying wrong department , I wrote a letter to address on parking fine BUT NO ONE HAD THE DECENCY TO REPLY AND IT COST ME £70 I will not be shopping at TESCO any more, if this is how they treat disabled people they don't deserve my custom...

I called in here today to get a sandwich and a coffee. I always find the coffee very very strong so I asked the lady behind the counter for some extra milk as the coffee is always very strong. I've been going here for years and today she explained that they can make it weaker which I would prefer.i don't know why others who have worked here have not explained this to the customers. Well done Alison you should be part of the management team with the nice way you come across to customers.

Lots of brands to choose from and the staff are so friendly. They opened a till early for me as I struggle with self service.

Complained about shopping not being brought to my door. A Manager then agreed to do this which continued for a while. Received a call from the Store Manager who was very rude and obnoxious. He kept talking over me when I asked him not to and then when I challenged him on it he threatened to hang up.
He then cancelled my home delivery plan and a delivery at 12:00 that was due at 6pm at short notice leaving me with no shopping. That was retribution for raising a complaint.
Drivers have also been rude when delivering. Shocking service from Tesco. Customer service is not what it used to be.
Food was often off when delivered especially meat and chicken. It?s really not worth the money and stress.
I think the Store Manager needs some training on Customer Service. Clearly lacking in this department.

Thought i would go get some dog food before it got busy, was surprised to see it open at 5 on google maps so checked their website, sure enough open 5-7 new years eve. Leave my house at 5 so got there about 5.20, shutters down not open. Joke of a shop.
Only ever go there if it's too early or late to go my normal pet shop, will stick to the 24 hour garage if ever caught short again.

Good selection of outfits but we went on a Sunday and the staff was a bit moody and my makeup fell out of the trolly and we never found it so 4 stars

I witnessed Mark, the Hygiene Technician, do some cleaning today. His attention to detail was fantastic. He put so much effort into his job.
Had such a lovely little chat with him. Mark is such a cheery pleasant man who will only be off Christmas Day this year, to make sure his family are provided for.
