I had the absolute pleasure of being served by a lovely young lady named Charlotte at Superdrug recently, and I felt compelled to leave a review. Charlotte is an absolute gem?warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in.
She greeted me with a genuine smile and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for, offering great product recommendations without ever being pushy. Her knowledge of the products was impressive, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
It?s rare to come across someone who clearly takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Charlotte is a credit to Superdrug, and I hope the team there knows how lucky they are to have her.
Thank you, Charlotte?you turned an ordinary shopping trip into a genuinely pleasant experience. Keep being amazing!

Rude service. Too busy talking and not serving customers and when asked if you can purchase something whilst in the queue (to drop a hint to serve) points you to the till that?s available who might I add did not acknowledge that you even exist as was too busy engaging in the conversation. I?m pretty sure I saw an eye roll too.
Rude. Go somewhere else to purchase your beauty products then pay these staff their wages.

To be fair the order I had delivered to the store was fine, I have no problem with the goods or the delivery, the customer service in the store needs attention though! I know it?s a Sunday and it?s quiet, and it?s likely stocking the shelves day, but geez, there is pretty much no customer service, attention to customer being stood waiting, no manners and a lack of attention to customer care, I realise a quiet day is boring and long, but I work in a very busy customer environment and this standard would have me in trouble.The store is fine, clean and tidy, but attention to detail doesn?t stop at the shelves.

Well stocked shop for toiletries, and cosmetics, but this time They didn't have what I wanted, only the bigger stores as in retail centres stocked it, but other than that its conveniently accessible in Chorley
