Put them in my ears and can hear just the same. I went to a different branch ahhh you can't get a refund here you need to go to the store you got them from. I called them to be told that as I have worn them I can't get a refund...... How very dissapointing paying for something that does not do what it says on the tin. Not fit for purpose.... So I Contacted the pluggerz company direct to be told that they do work and they would not give a refund either. Do not buy and super drug should also stop suppling them.
