Manager was really rude. When I asked the child sandwich not to be toasted and it was, I then asked I'm sorry it's not to be toasted, his reply was I just thought you said no cheese and toasted, and proceeded to throw the sandwich away like a petulant child. What a joke. Sure way to lead a team with this attitude. Disgusting behaviour and in front of my kids!

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff were visibly rude, sighing when I asked for extra toppings and rushed through my order. The store itself looked unclean, and several key ingredients were unavailable, which limited my choices.
Customer service and cleanliness are so important, and unfortunately, this visit fell short in both areas.

Stopped at Charnock Richard services and I was very disappointed , not only did staff talk in the back while I was waiting, but when asked if there was any gluten free bread in the back the server went in the back for two seconds then came back out saying that there was no available gluten free bread, appalled that there were no options with a company that I have never had any issues with

The staff was unfriendly, told me to move to the back of the queue as I was deciding my order, got our order and the steak melt was cold, cheese not melted. Disgusting service from the young generation.

The first salesman was very rude. And the second one shouted at my son when he tried to refill the coke. If small kids do any mistake please don't yell at them. You can either talk to parents or tell the child calmly. Very bad service

The guy serving was rude and unpleasant, no customer service skills at all, no tea and coffee available and wasn't told until I was at the till so had to go back out of the queue to get a bottle of water, altogether an unpleasant experience.

Came in 22nd december. Very busy and as soon as the que seemed to go down it would have another 3/4 people join.A man with glasses was working and he was absolutely smashing out food. Could see he was working really hard to manage the customers and doing a good job. 10/10 work from this guy. fastest subway worker ive seen

We stopped at Subway at Charnock Richard motorway services. Neither my husband nor I can eat gluten. We ordered the gluten free 6? breakfast sub with ?cheese and bacon?. (The staff knew nothing about whether the sausage was gluten free). They pointed to the allergen info but none of the breakfast things were on it!Both our subs were virtually empty. One rasher of bacon and invisible cheese. Very dry with large patches of bread with nothing on it at all. The staff were miserable and the lady actually threw mine across the counter at me and the paper half came off. Absolutely rubbishDietary restrictions: Surely in the light of people actually dying from eating things they?re allergic to, Subway staff should know what the food they?re selling has in it?
