Charged me for a bag on the app and didn?t even get one?! Didn?t even offer me napkins or sauce. The guy who was serving me looked sad & depressed as if Subway was a horrible place to work for.

Just arrived at this subway branch due to the one in Chorley providing subpar slow service. The difference as night and day. The guy who served me was polite, quick and efficient. He was a big lad with a ginger beard.
Made the sandwhich, toasted it, dispensed a coffee offered me a syrup upsell and also advised if I got the meal deal it was only a few penny more but I would get a free snack included.
I timed the encounter on stopwatch. I was in and out of the store in 4 minutes 22 seconds.
He also asked if I had the new app, he said you can build points to get money off and it?s better than the old loyalty scheme.
Would recommend this branch. The snadwhich was made perfectly too.

Awful place, awful food. Go to the one in town, much better quality and much cleaner. The thought of going back there makes me want to be sick.

Disgusting - pay for items and they just never put them in - also add ingredients not requested and don?t eat for waste of £11 !

3 pieces of individual corn on a salad and 2 slithers of onion! Pathetic! The salad portions are becoming less and less everytime I go! Unless served by the lovely foreign lady who is the most polite and welcoming out of the lot of them!!

Sadly although the food is fresh and service is pleasant, it becomes a frustrating process trying to actually get your food quickly. Stuck behind endless just eat, delivery and telephone orders which take priority over people waiting in shop, which causes a huge amount of backlogs of food waiting so don't even try to go in your lunch hour. Annoying.

This is by far the best subway in Lancashire. I have visited loads of them. The breakfast subs here are fresh, tasty and get served with brilliant staff. The guys here are very helpful and do a 10 out of 10 job. big thank you to Anthony and Karl for the service.

Why do you staff always miss something off every order. Very frustrating when I have to order sides due to dietary requirements (which are lovely btw) but when you can't even get my order right is concerning. Now I have to wait for my refund request from justeat! Not ideal when you just want to sit and eat your lunch. You might want to look into your staff training and if it is being carried out properly, which I highly doubt, and look into the competency of all staff members for simple orders.

I still can't make my mind up about Subway; is it really good or is it an overpriced custom sandwich?! I can eat a lot and a 6" sub doesn't cut it yet ~£7 for a 12" just seems pretty ridiculous
