Very rude girl making drinks. My first drink lukewarm. Took it back to her and she never uttered a word. Made me a hotter one but absolutely not a word from her. £4.50 for a processed drink.

Stopped off at Charnock Richard Services and had a really pumpkin spiced Frappacino. Tbe guy that served us, Tom, is a real asset to Starbucks. His customer service was excellent. He was so patient with me as I was getting a bit confused over my son's order. Thank you Tom. The rest of the staff were all very pleasant and the place was spotless.

6:15am and the store still wasn?t open. There were 3 staff in there who evidently were not ready to open the store yet albeit the advertised opening time is 6am.
Get the basics right, there are people commuting long journeys on the motorway network.

Waited 20 minutes before they realised they're out of chocolate for my hot chocolate. 20 minutes.
Could've went to WHS Smith across the way, bought some powder, milk, made myself one, drank it, and got back on the road in that time.

Supposed to open at 6am, seldom are. Everytime we call in on the way to work they?re ?running late?. Should get new staff if they can?t get to work on time to open up.

Not given the option to dine in, Nasty coffee. Unfriendly off hand service. Scruffy if not unclean tables and chairs.
I know it's 'just a motorway service station' but for the prices charged we are allowed to expect and deserve better. Sort your act out Starbuck. This used to be a pleasurable experience.

Ordered a double chocolate chip frappachino with coconut milk and whipped cream what I got was a coconut milk slushie with chocolate chips. No mocha sauce (you know the thing that actually makes up this drink) or whipped cream. Safe to say it actually tastes disgusting and no refund on new drink was offered. Staff need retraining asap on how to actually make the drinks your customers order!

Asked for an extra hot chocolate and au pain chocolate croissant. The croissant was cold and the hot chocolate warm ? Both returned and were much better when heated up. The staff were pleasant.Parking: Cars parked in the caravan bays with invisible caravans!! Frustrating

No queue, 5 staff working behind counter snd we were ignored for about 5 minutes waiting to be served. When finally served, we were greated with silence, rudely waiting for a response from us. Very poor customer interaction/ service.
