Wanted to leave a more personal review on here for staff members Emma & Charli. We had an issue ordering on just eat with one of the drivers bringing the wrong order and refusing to rectify the situation but after contacting Starbucks directly and speaking with Emma the reassurance and customer service we received was outstanding! Re ordered the coffees received with a heart warming note & complimentary voucher as a good will gesture alongside an apology which was in no way their error but was humbly appreciated. I hope you get the recognition you deserve ahem pay rise ahem 5***

Opening times says until 10pm I went at 9.15pm and the guy said it was closed, what's the point in having opening times if you don't use them

Just another Starbucks, very slow service and only paper cups left. The coffee was ok, but expensive.

Staff were very pleasant and professional, coffee was great but £4.20 for a regular latte outside central London is expensive.

Friendly atmosphere, and a great place to get a drink and relax with friends if to work from.
Be aware that there is now an FPN camera fitted on the entry road and signs saying parking is limited to 3hrs, there is a tablet in Starbucks for their customers to add their reg to allow you stay longer. **double check with the staff for more details.**

Certain staff very rude, a larger girl with brown hair, rolls her eyes when customers come in! Blatantly on her phone too and no manners when taking my friends order, manners cost nothing!

i watched this younger girl order a few drinks for her and her mum i presume. the customer service from that one brunette girl is so disrespectful. laughing in their face and moaning about making a drink whilst throwing the cup about. i come here with my friend for a coffee a lot over work. this one particular girl is always rude. i don?t know her name but it?s so uncomfortable with someone like that there
