The eye test was not great, my daughter can find it hard to explain things and the optician struggled to communicate effectively so in had to step in. The appointment for my mother daughter was better but didn?t seem thorough. The staff were slow, I felt as I had to push them to get going. They may have all the time in the world but I don?t.
The range of glasses in shop were poor. I felt for the size shop the available glasses was extremely low and poor quality. Instead of finding a pair of glasses that she loved she had to ?make do? this is not what I expect from a large brand such as yourselves. If this is the state of things for all your shops then you really are letting yourselves downs.
Poor quality, poor service and poor experience.

Have been a customer for years but will not be going back. Dreadful 'service' today. Mid consultation another member of staff came in, he and the optician discussing the previous customer in front of me, the optician left the room leaving that customers details and scans on her screen. The appointment was rushed and I don't feel thorough. I was given a first time prescription and taken to the glasses where another member of staff was supposed to come and help me. There were a total of 5 staff around the shop floor seemingly having private conversations not one came to help me. I had to ask to pay for my consultation and left with my prescription and will have to source glasses elsewhere.

Eye test great, those who sell frames awful, said 2 for 1 and I got 1 pair when asked for my other pair was given a price of 348 pounds when the 1st pair was 130 range so it doesnt work even if you just have normal lenses, not impressed, always had good service before sad really

They have recently extended into next door staff very polite and proficient in all aspects of eye care venue spotless and great access for wheelchairs . And stock a very large selection of glasses a must visit for anyone looking for an eye test or looking for new frames
