I was going twice a week for fuel and car wash. Staff are usually busy on the phone. Car wash recently has an issue every visit. Staff never allow customers to use the toilet. I recently asked why and got told that the toilet was out of order. I pointed out that they were always giving this excuse and if they don't want public to use the toilets they shouldn't advertise the facility. Both Buddhi and a female member of staff then said I was a liar and has never been refused use of the toilet prior to that day.

1.459 a litre! 15p dearer than all other shells and to top it off they were the last shell to swap to the reward program and now theyve enventually swapped to it its never working so you have to ring shell which is only available monday to friday and takes about 45 mins to get through to. just excessivly priced and really unhelpful staff. only reason ive given it 2 stars is it always has fuel (presumably because noone can afford to buy there existing stock) and its open 24 hours.
