We booked online and the process was simple. We arrived and were assigned our room. I forgot to book a room with easy access and we were moved to another room with a lower sided bath without hesitation. The room was clean, fresh smelling, and perfect for our needs for a two night stay. The staff were all pleasant, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was perfect to set us up for our four hour drive home. It is unfair to single one staff member over another, but the chef knows how to poach a good egg.

Forth visit over last couple of years always stay at Chorley North but the standards are slipping, no huck behind the bathroom door in three different rooms we stayed in,this was reported, also on last visit no servietes at breakfast, was given some blue kitchen roll, on Wednesday 28th February there was no tea bags at breakfast, this morning we had to keep asking for things, yogurt, bread and selection of hot food was limited

THIS HOTEL IS BREAKING THE LAW BY OFFERING EAT-IN FOOD TO THE PUBLIC, BUT HAVING NO HAND-WASHING OR TOILET FOR THEM TO USE. NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN IMMEDIATELY. For the owners and proprietors of 'Premier Inn' to still remain unaware of the fundamental basic living requirements of their own species, in the 21st century, after almost 1 million years of evolution, is not only an insult to their customers, but humanity, creation, and all of our evolutionary progress made to date. In a post-pandemic world, to have nowhere to wash your hands before sitting down to eat should be absolutely unthinkable. Yet for Premier Inn it is a routine fact of life. Gulags had more humane facilities.

12am and noisy neighbours in room 23 tonight, young girls with lads throwing pants down corridor, laughing whilst "parents" was in same room. We have babies. And don't wanna listen to youths playing knock a door run at this time. Reception allowing it to happen, if it was complained about then they'd have been straight chucked out. Complaint needed to be resolved. Not straight enough with people that you make a complaint about.

Visiting family so needed to stay in the area. Really good location and rooms of a high standard. As well as the usual premier inn breakfast there is also a pub next door serving breakfast and meals but it's worth booking if you want to eat there.

Rooms will always be a 3. Unless it?s a premier plus and gain/lose points on standard. I arrived and asked for an extra towel. We then preceded with The Spanish Inquisition. Why do you want another towel? Love I?m paying over £500. I want 2 towels.. she then asked me if I was having someone come and join me. No I want an extra towel. Jobs worth ( from now on-anyone asking my I want another towel-jobs worth) hopefully my 5 night stay won?t present with more challenges

Stayed here for the night and had the best nights sleep was quiet, relaxing and spotless clean. The staff we saw during our visit were friendly and very welcoming with big smiles. Continental Breakfast was delicious and was freshly made and constantly put out, there was so much choice Highly recommend staying here

Located in a quiet off road, you pull into a courtyard with Premier Inn sharing the space with a lovely pub and restaurant called the Malthouse.You know what you get with Premier Inn and at an affordable price. A good breakfast and a good sleep.Rooms: Typical premiere Inn , great bathroom and shower.Compact roomsGreat bedI had a 5 star sleep ? ?Food & drinks: Breakfast was only £9.99 welcomed by a friendly Scottish chef, who made me porridge.All the cooked breakfast looked great.Not a fan of the coffee but a good selection of everything.At that price, you would be nuts to complain.Well done Chef ??? ??
