“The moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome by all the staff and in particular Rachel who dealt with me through the process of taking information and various tests prior to me having my eye test . All went well and the final process was choosing the glasses . Rachel explained the choices and then I was left alone to choose . Then she helped me trying different pairs on and had me trying on several other pairs explaining about good fitting etc as well as look . We came up with a selection of 8 and again I was allowed to take my time and try out each pair on my own . At this point I was able to go ahead and order 3 pairs with 2 being discounted . I honestly thought the whole process was excellent . Thankyou .”

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by a lovely young lady named Charlotte at Superdrug recently, and I felt compelled to leave a review. Charlotte is an absolute gem—warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in.

She greeted me with a genuine smile and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for, offering great product recommendations without ever being pushy. Her knowledge of the products was impressive, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Charlotte is a credit to Superdrug, and I hope the team there knows how lucky they are to have her.

“Tried most of the pharmacies in Chorley. Tesco's is by far the best friendly helpful staff. I use a repeat prescription service at my GP's which is sent to Tesco pharmacy and the items are ready for collection in less than 24 hours 10/10 fantastic service”

On 22/5/23 I was looking for some antihistamine eye drops, I must have looked a bit lost as a very nice store assistant called Tanya came up and asked if she could help, with a bright and genuine smile on her face. The eye drops weren't on the shelf so she directed me to the store pharmacy. I went to continue my shopping first, and she actually hunted down the very thing I needed from the pharmacy and brought it to me without me even asking.
