I have to say Peacocks has some REALLY nice bits in there now and at amazing prices. I always remember my mum going in and I'd always associated with quite dated clothing but they've certainly upped their game! Great clothing and unbeatable prices, keep it up Peacocks!

Awful customer service. Just been in to exchange an unwanted Christmas item. 5 members of staff including the manager and not any greetings, pleases or thank yous and not a single interaction of eye contact was made throughout the 6 minutes we were waiting.
When making a complaint in person the read headed manager on shift was just as awkward and never even apologies then.
You get better service from automated apps and websites - and people wonder why the high street is dying ????

Love Peacocks Chorley. Good variety of stock which is well displayed. Manager & staff always friendly & helpful. In-store ordering and returns easy. Overall good shopping experience.

Staff quite rude towards my aunt, she paid by card and they said it declined however was taken out of the bank but they asked for the cash. So the next day (today) it appeared out of her bank and went back in to show them the receipt and bank statement but they were pulling their faces at having to give a refund and tried giving it her all in 20ps

Shop ok ,but Mens sweatshirt and pants very cheaply made for the price .Very bitty and now after one wash look around 12 months old , cheap tat but selling at a premium price

I like this store . They do have some lovely clothes very reasonably priced. The staff are very nice and helpful.
