It's so bad here. Security are stuck in the 1980's checkout always broken. Always queuing and customer service desk is a pop in and have a chat service for the elderly. Don't expect to get in and out without deep frustration occurring.

Just seen UKMTT's video. The very same that has been highlighted earlier today by Jo Philips. The store guard did nothing wrong (uploaded to YouTube today March 6th 2024, but taken sometime around Valentine's day from the various POS displayed from the video capture.The shocking part of this is......I've just spoken to the duty manager whose on site today (19.10 on Wednesday 6th March 2024) the manager was so dismissive of the head up I've just tried to give her regarding the welfare of the staff in store."We'll look into it"...."hang on I've not even given you the information yet""We'll find it, it's YouTube, it won't be hard""Yeah amongst the other 100 thousand videos that go on to YouTube every hour"I've just had to work out which store it is from the video and the various comments made mocking this young man....it isn't labeled "I conned the managers into making them think their security guard was prejudice against disabled citizens"Then without the information I was trying to give her, she wanted to end the call......I'm not doing this for myself you know???? This young lad has been lied to, antagonised, possibly reprimanded, or possibly released from his contract (contracted position with his firm and Morrisons), made fun of on social media, bullied by a member of the public for financial gain (it's a moneitorised channel, meaning he makes money from his various videos antagonising innocent staff via advertising payments) and shouted at by the same member of the public.This young man was targeted by a UK Auditor who takes it upon himself to target the working man/woman.... because he's unemployed himself, so he tries to make others that same.If Morrisons gets around to reading this, please ensure this young lad doesn't lose his job and that when a member of the public goes out of their way to help, that the attitude isn't as dismissive as it has been apparent today. If it's possible. Listen to the call I made....March 6th 2024 approx 19: 10 hrs. You need to look after your staff and they'll look after you. Dismissing a customer's concern is not the way to do it.5* for the security guard. Minus 5 for the dismissive manager on the phone today. Listen to the call guys, you'll agree with me on this one.J

This supermarket was targeted by infamous internet troll Mark Evans who picked on the Asian security guard standing, behind him trying to film the security cameras and then pretending he was blind and that the security guard had mocked his (made up) disability. He got the Managers in to threaten the guard with re-training even though he did absolutely nothing wrong. It was bullying and it?s now on You Tube so people can laugh at a young guy just doing his job. UK Meet The Tyrants does this all the time to try get staff into trouble or sacked because he thinks it is funny. The managers should have backed their staff member or at least said they will look at the CCTV. Security guard - you did great, go work somewhere you will be supported ?
