I don?t usually take the time to write reviews but on the last 5 occasions I have visited every time I order either via drive thru or in store there is always something missing from the order. From minor things like sauces to full meals missing. The store always rectify this if in store but when you?ve drove 20 minutes home how can it possibly be rectified. I always ring up and complain but nothing to seems to change. For less than £10 I don?t expect gourmet food, edible will do and quite frankly I?m not overly concerned if my chips are slightly cold (which they always are form here) but I do actually expect to receive the food I?ve ordered and paid for. Not sure either how it can be called fast food as every time you order here you?re required to pull and wait over >20 minutes. Judging by so many similar reviews I?m not sure this will change anything but to not give customers the food they?ve paid for is appalling. Customer service is non existent also.

Ordered a Happy meal of burger instead got a chicken burger with lettuce with mayo..... allergic to eggs!!!! Also had to park up for food despite having had to wait 5 mins after ordering to pay.

I must say as an ex manager at McDonald?s and these days as a hospitality business owner I felt that I had to write this review. We walked in to a relatively quiet restaurant but the communal areas were disgusting. Every single bin was over flowing, every single table had rubbish all over it, the floor hadn?t been swept all day and certainly hadn?t been mopped all day the toilets were also out of order. The grime on the tables looked like it was built up over weeks and weeks. Just look at the photos??
I?m a fan of McDonald?s but things were that bad my children aged 7,9 & 12 asked to go and sit in the car to eat as the place was so disgusting. Hugely disappointed and don?t think we will be back to this McDonald?s again.

Waiting in restaurant for over 12 mins, (for 2 hash browns ) would not have minded if busy but all the staff were doing drive thoughs not happy food was hot thought and even better with salt

Only at McDonald's do you order food and they for half the contents. Ordered a breakfast wrap only to find it missing the egg and sausage.
