Just been here I've had my tracking done else where. And it was out. The mechanic shown me. And on top of that did a health inspection on my car. Non of this oh it needs such and such. Straight honest advice can't complain at all. They know what they're talking about.

Prompt tyre replacement as booked however the waiting area was freezing cold, the air-conditioning was running full blast (with the door wide open) which meant it was a more comfortable temperature outside than in but unfortunately nowhere to sit outside for the couple of us that were waiting and hiding outside from the freezing air blasting from the aircon.
No coffee machine available despite a sign saying there was it was a plain water cooler.

Good service provided. They are quite busy so leaving the car there and waiting for a call back when ready is always easier for myself.
Only issue is the wait time at reception sometimes to get checked in as you can be standing around for 10/15 mins before someone comes in from the garage to deal with you. Other than that, it?s a good service and would recommend

Firstly may I add this is the first time I?ve used this garage? I Bought 4 x continental sport contact 7?s for my golf r. The whole experience from start to finish was spot on and I can?t fault. The whole team treated me with respect and had time to chat which in this day and age is rare. No pressure sales, professional service as my wheel were brand new so I was anxious about them getting damaged. All in all defo will use again.

Matty and team were superb. Booked for an oil and filter, specialist oil managed to sort within a few hours. Asked for a fuel filter and brake test. All done within a couple of hours. Superb. Highly recommend.
