Not only was the service at KFC Chorley shocking, but Courtney?s personal presentation was extremely off-putting. Her missing and blackened teeth made me lose my appetite completely. Hygiene and professionalism are critical in the food industry, and this branch fails miserably.

They have NEVER got my delivery order correct. If there?s not a drink missing, they give me gravy instead of beans, or a plain chicken burger instead of a Zinger or no cheese or no supercharger sauce. It?s very often cold too, although recently it has been warmer.
The delivery drivers don?t read the notes either and they deliver to lower down the street instead of the cottages at the end? many evening I?ve been stood in my onesie or pyjamas in the wind and/or rain trying to get the attention of the delivery drivers who are stood clutching a paper bag gazing at the gutters of the wrong house in the hope that it?ll magically transform into the right house, all the while my food getting closer to the ambient outside temperature.
There are many evenings I don?t cook or I?d be eating at midnight. So I order KFC from Chorley, solely because it?s relatively low fat chicken. I resent paying premium prices for grossly sub-par food and service.

I went to Chorley Kentucky this evening after work. I ordered a 3 piece meal and 4 pieces of boneless for my pet, when I got home there was on 3 pieces of boneless, but I was charged for 4. I tried to call them, but the number kept coming up as Chorley Methodist Church

I had a terrible experience with the KFC Chorley branch?s delivery service. After placing my order via the KFC app, the delivery status didn?t update, leaving me unsure if the order was being processed. I called the branch, and they assured me the order was waiting for a driver, so I decided to wait.
After a significant delay with no update, I contacted Uber Eats as directed by the app. I spent a frustrating amount of time on the phone with no resolution. Eventually, I called the branch again, only to be told the order was still sitting there. How is this acceptable when I live just 10 minutes away?
The amount of time I wasted chasing this up is beyond frustrating. I could have gone to another restaurant or cooked my own meal in less time. On top of that, there?s still no clear answer on who will refund me for this mess.
The lack of communication between KFC and Uber Eats is shocking, and this experience has left me with no confidence in their delivery service. I?ll not be ordering again.

I went to this store fortnightly for years and stopped going a year ago due to the cheap cuts of chicken in the share buckets so started going elsewhere.So today Friday at 12.50 I decided to give it another try.Never again ? I ordered a 10 piece sharing bucket at £22.99 and specifically asked for not many drumsticks please as the last time I came I got 6 pieces in a 10 piece bucket.The guy said yes that?s fine but you?ll have to wait a while whilst there cooking more chicken.I thought well that?s a good sign.To my shock when I got home it was 5 drumsticks 4 wings and 1 thigh.£30 for for this is disgraceful especially when I?d asked for it not to be.Im sure your having a laugh at my expense.I will never ever use this KFC again even though it?s my local one,I?d rather drive miles further for a proper deal.I realise your a big company and don?t take negative feedback seriously as you have enough customers.I personally think it?s a joke to pay £30 for cheap chicken pieces making the buckets.Shame on you.You shouldn?t have the right to use the name of KFC above your shop.I get that it?s a franchise but the standards of this shop fall well below expectations ?

One of my chips were wet, there wasn't appropriate PPE which should be there when handling food. I wouldn't recommend. Plus for the amount and cost your better off going somewhere else.
