Probably the worst building merchants in the country, made a big order for a renovation job, was overcharged with a delivery free when was assured it would be free, when I rang up to have it refunded I spoke to someone called lianne who was unhelpful, bad tempered and rude over the phone. I returned to the shop later that day to purchase some land drains, only to find out they had sold them to me incomplete (missing parts) I spoke to that manager to try and resolve the matter, he was completely uninterested and downright rude. When I challenged him about his attitude, he simply told me to get a refund. Unbelievable! Full order was refunded and I have taken my business to berry's in layland, and can't praise them enough, better priced and the staff actually want to help, and speak to you with respect!

Excellent service, good quality products at decent prices. I'd go again, well worth going to for building materials etc., it is head and shoulders over the general purpose "DIY" outlets.
