I visited the Arndale store over the weekend which was full of miserable staff. I am delighted to say that the Chorley shop was the polar opposite. All were extremely pleasant and helpful and a special thanks to Tom who sorted out my replacement purchase. Arndale could learn a lot from you.

Tiny store? no sizes in stock?. Couldn?t tell if staff were staff or customers! Waited about 15 mins for 4 x pairs of trainers to be told non in stock. The smallest selection of women?s trainers.

Great & friendly staff who are very willing to help. Store could do with more variety of stock but I guess that's understandable they don't, due to the size of the store.

This is not a great store. It's small and cramped and difficult to find items. Out of the three times we were there only once did we actually have someone helpful.

A well stocked shop and plenty of staff to serve and help you but I have always felt it's a little overpriced, but I guess the saying is you get what you pay for ?
