Since it's been bought by someone else this has gone massively downhill. Music blaring like a nightclub at full volume outside the cabin. Always feel rushed and no proper pre wash done.
Today went & was told no card machine pay online only, couldn't be bothered so said I'd leave, as I was reversing he waves me down and says 'oh we've got one it's new'. Clearly trying to save money on the card processing fees but why lie and loose a customer?
Such a shame as the old owner was excellent.
Don?t recommend this place, go somewhere else.

Always do a good job of cleaning but the prices have gone up so much recently and the workers pick and choose when to accept blue light discount despite it still showing on blue light app

Pay for the top service and rushed through. And there wasnt even anybody else waiting behind.
My car is full of black marks and is still full of dirt. No attempt to clean any of the bird muck either. Essentially paid for a pre-wash as I'll now need to find somewhere else to actually get it cleaned.
This isn't the first time my car has come out of this car wash full of black scratches and marks. Thought I'd give it a second chance, not sure why I did.
Just be careful if you own a light coloured car. Luckily the black marks do rub off.
