went for my daughters Birthday, disappointed, food was good but one of our meals was missed off, so we waited for the mistake to be rectified and our food got cold as it took another 20 mins for it to arrive, server appologised and gave us us free drinks but they was no good as we had already purchased refills at the bar.
also gave a doubled up the missing burger but yhis was wasted as our friend only ordered a single so obviously didnt want it.

Just want to say how nice the staff are at this Harvester Restaurant. My daughter is autistic and the staff are understanding towards her needs. She has very high anxiety in social situations and Sam is always calm with her helping to de-escalate the situation and help her. Sam is very patient and understanding and has a very general way about her that helps calm my daughter. Thank you ?

All of our visits here are pretty much spot on, staff are great, food cooked well and always plenty choice on the menu. Prices are slightly on the higher side if im being honest. Our last visit we was seated at a booth where nearly half of one long seating cushion was ripped apart (there was plenty other places to sit so not sure why we was placed here). Its a booth right next to the pass (think thats what its called where the food sits ready)

We had a lovely meal for my husbands birthday on new years eve served by Ollie. He was attentive but not overly so and was friendly, even offering to take a photo of us. My son was complimentary seeing him rush to assist a lady with crutches struggling with the door. The food was good and not too big a portion which left room for my lemon blizzard sundae which was worth the visit on its own ? All in all, we will pay a return visit.

Place was absolutely dead and told they're not taking anyone in for 40 minutes could see more empty tables than I have ever seen in here. Just lazy can't imagine turning away a table of 3 when no where near

Ordered the cheese and spinach pasta in tomato sauce, there was actually 4 pieces of pasta which looked like slop this meal would not of even filled a baby I sent it back which I have never done before at £13.49 an absolute rip off first and last visit definitely

Visited for a family meal around Christmas time and had a lovely time. Our waiter Ollie was lovely and helped with a few different requests of the table. He was great with my young children too. The only feedback to give for the kitchen is that the chicken was overcooked and very dry. Otherwise the food was all lovely and served without the table waiting for too long. A great experience on the whole.

Arrived here aroud 6.30pm Thursday 21st December 2023 I aasked for a Disabled friendly table and showed my stick was sent to a booth seat not disabled friendly asked another female if I could move. ASked that server for 2 x grilled haddock fish was told that they dont grill fish now . Asked for the Manager who did not say who she was and she just said I believe you need a word so I asked for the grilled fish she said the chef said for health and safety reasons we cannot grill fish. Even thou they have salmon on there new menu which I would of thought would of been grilled.I replied I have had it here before she said well we dont do it now and this is a manager ! I said come on to my friend we will leave we did and I called and said I think this is poor and she said the chef said we dont do it and put the phone down on myself oh and I have proof of this call on my dashcam as it recorded it !

We were welcomed by Stuart who was friendly and attentive all evening. He spent the time to talk to us as customers and served and cleared our tables quickly. He also paid attention to all other diners too.

We took a large party and pre-ordered. The food was well presented. The staff were incredibly patient and helpful. I would recommend this restaurantDietary restrictions: Some of the party did have one or 2 allergies which the restaurant where helpful during the prebooking

We came in on the spare of the moment after an afternoon shop as we were starving. The best surprise was the free salad bowl with any main over £6.99 AND a whopping 50% off the mains, what more can you ask for?!? The food was super fresh and tasty with so many choices of sauces to go with the meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and can?t wait to return. Thanks to all the lovely staff who were so attentive and friendly

Just had breakfast here and it was the best I've had in our local area. Food was hot, very tasty, service was fantastic, quick,with extremely polite staff. We will definitely be back and most definitely recommend to friends and family.
