I received an amazingly beautiful aquapack of flowers today. They are truly stunning. My husband ordered them and said the lady was extremely helpful, as he didn't know what to order. I would highly recommend this florist.

I have been in this florist twice. The first time the owner/ manager was very rude when I queried something. I said that I would never go in again. However I gave her the benefit of the doubt, we all have our off days. I went in again today and because I thought that something was a bit expensive, for me, she became rude and defensive towards me. It is not what she says so much , more the way she says it. Try harder with your people skills. Please note, the one star is purely because I had to leave something before I could carry on.

Our wedding flowers and button holes were absolutely beautiful. The girls at Harlequin even made beautiful flower wands for our flower girls.
They even decorated our cake for us the morning of the wedding. Could not recommend enough. I wish I could keep my bouquet forever

Messaged for flowers of a certain requirement at about 8am for a friend. I was emailed straight back advising they could do this for me, not the exact flowers but would do their best to make them as colourful as I wanted. Payed over the phone with free delivery through November and by 11.15 I received a picture and a thank you text of the most beautiful flowers to my friend a house, making her very happy, and myself as the buyer. So thank you for wonderful service Harlequin flowers, il be using you again.

After being let down, Harlequin Flowers stepped in last minute and arranged some beautiful flowers for my Mums birthday. She was over the moon.Website is easy to navigate, Communication quick and efficient and the end result, in my Mums words 'the smell and look amazing, made me feel very special' I couldn't ask for anything more.
