Beautiful place stunning fishery, I love comeing here, good all year and has something for every angler, plenty of room to unship my 16 m pole, loads of parking and nice big toilet facilities not a scruffy portaloo like some fisheries. Been numerous times and always had a good day plenty of variety don't ignore the silver fish in there its ramned with them if its slow on the carp you will bag up on silver fish you will get a bite a chuck in winter with maggots 4mm expanders on deck for the bream
