I ended up buying a display store bike, as there was no others in that i wanted. The bike was pretty much perfect, apart from a barely seen tiny scratch on the frame, but they gave me 10% off the retail price and courtesly filled my tyres with anti puncture slime. The staff were really nice, even carrying my bike down the steps for me.

It is my go to store if I need items quickly. The only reason why I haven't given it a 5 star ? is because some of the items I have bought haven't been up-to a good quality, but on the other side they refund them without any trouble.

Bought a rear mounted double bike rack. Fiddly to assemble a fix to the car. Returned within 10 mins of being on the car. Maybe ok for kids lightweight bike but not for adult bikes.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They always provide excellent service. When I thought I needed a new car battery and ordered online to have them fit it, they subsequently tested my battery and said it was in perfect condition, so I didn't need a new battery. They refunded my order with no problems. I appreciate their honesty and service, so I joined their membership club that also saves me money on servicing etc.

I wanted some Wham (black) Storage boxes, and a Wham tool boxthe assistant knew exactly what i required and got 7 for me, he also offered me a £5 Duscount to join Halfords Club which would give me a Discount on this Sale a £5 voucher every month,I was very pleased with the service, the Asstant carried my purchases to my vehicle, thank you
