“Charged M6 northbound to Lakes on 8/9 and charged again returning M6 southbound on 12/9, by u-turning at the next junction south. For southbound, my Tesla satnav was directing me to u-turn junction to the south then u-turn junction to north. A Tesla arrived through the restricted barrier, so I chatted to the driver. 4-digit PIN + <ENTER> got me through. Ramada "didn't know" the PIN, but I wasn't a guest. Google Charnock Richard Barrier Code. 150kW shared between A/B chargers.”

“The car wash is superb. Especially as you can pay via card at the actual wash. Don't even have to get out of the car to go in the shop. Brilliant idea, saves me having to queue up and reduces the amount of people inside”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. On 22/5/23 I was looking for some antihistamine eye drops, I must have looked a bit lost as a very nice store assistant called Tanya came up and asked if she could help, with a bright and genuine smile on her face. The eye drops weren't on the shelf so she directed me to the store pharmacy. I went to continue my shopping first, and she actually hunted down the very thing I needed from the pharmacy and brought it to me without me even asking. What a lovely gesture on a very hot day when I was suffering badly with hay fever! Staff are always friendly and helpful at this store, really nice thing to see these days.”

“On our visit the food was good, fresh and hot. Social distancing means no seating available. Staff were helpful and order was served in a reasonable time. Layout is simple to follow as is ordering either on screen or at till. Resturant is upstairs on the bridge along with a Burger King.”

“Good size supermarket with handheld scanner to use as you go round, can setup registration when you get there if needed. Only downside is not many people on the tills but has plenty of self serve tills and click and scam self serve areas.”
