Called up at 8pm to get an order for delivery. They said it would be 1/1.15hr. We called numerous times with no response.
We waited until 10pm and drove out to the restaurant which was closed with lights off even though on the door and online it says open until 11pm.
Absolute joke.

HOW have you only got 2.9 stars. Great delivery timings keep you updated all the way when ordering online through Chorley eats. Food is crackin. Box meal - why has this never been heard of before ? Brilliant idea.
Glad the rating didn't put me off, I will definitely be ordering again.

The third time within a month ordered from China Star. Great food, fast service, decent price. Highly recommended to anyone who wants authentic Chinese food.

Worst customer service experience ever!
After having the totally wrong dish delivered, I called to complain and the woman on the end of the phone SHOUTED down the line that I had received what I ordered!!
Will never use this place again and will advise everyone else to avoid.

Serious attitude problem!! They sent the completely wrong order and when I called to explain this the woman who answered the phone ended up SHOUTING at me saying 'I got what I ordered' !! Appalling customer service and this place should be avoided at all cost!

I like the food here and order often, tonight I ordered peking ribs for the first time and oh my god they are one of the best things I ever tasted ! Most definitely my new favourite food ! Thank you.

Ordered food for myself and friends, was told that it would be with us within an hour and then waited over 2 hours for delivery despite ringing three times to enquire why it was taking so long, how long it would be and being told it was on its way more than once. we then asked to cancel the order as 2 hours was ridiculous and ordered elsewhere. A delivery driver then turned up twenty minutes later with the food that we had cancelled. We sent the food back but now china star are saying we took the food and refusing to refund. Avoid at all costs!
