Visited twice so far. Once to buy a washing machine, which they delivered and fitted for me, the same day. They also removed my old one. Very good service.Visited again the other day for a freezer and found the perfect one. Service is great and they have a good selection of products for a small shop.Would 100% recommend ?

Brilliant, flawless service from start to finish. Offered me choices and some alternatives they thought we'd like to consider outside of our specifications and we went with one they suggested. When you go to AO, Currys etc on the face of it they're cheaper, BUT, ccc took the old unit out and away, then delivered, installed and wired up the new cooker for waaaaay less than the major outlets. Plus, it's supporting a local business with real expertise who don't try and sell you an extended warranty (yeah Currys we mean you) Worth every one of the five stars and we'll be getting every appliance from here going forward.

Always use CCC Appliances, never had a problem with anything purchased. They don't recommend appliances that you don't need and can't be beaten on price and service.

Never have I had such bad service bought a cooker 4th October 2021 and it hasn't worked properly at all I received it about a week late and scratch it takes at least 1 hour 40 minutes to cook anything like a few chips.iv had to deal with a third party company that came out and fixed a loose wire the cooker shop are refusing to replace or refund just be careful because she'll be all nice on the phone whilst getting your money.i will be going to ombudsman with my evidence and still can't Cook my disabled children a decent meal personally don't know how they sleep at night absolutely disgusting update had a professional cooker shop look at the cooker and they confirmed 2 parts where broken and the cooker wasn't working I'm now taking legal action
