Called in for my medication whilst passing, there was a problem with my prescription and I was informed how to sort the problem. All taken care of, I could not have asked for better service. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Recently called for my medication after a visit to the GP. I had a presciption to collect from a few days before and was sent via the GP too.I explained in full what I was collecting regards 3 in total and was told I had only 2 prescriptions and there was nothing else! The guy in the Pharmacy was rude and wouldn't accept I had another but went to eventually check. I waited 10 minutes on top of almost waiting over 20 mins if not longer.I eventually had my name called out and without any further conversation the woman that was there almost threw the tablets on the counter not even a (sorry) was mentioned for being incorrect and making a real mess of my visit, no offer of how to take the meds for example which would have been nice to re confirm the directions on the box, she just turned her back and walked off into the back!I have been on 2 occations previously and seems to be if they don't know you in that pharmacy you mean nothing as a person (human being) but continue to chat the day away with other customers by name that they cleary know.I hace no Idea what there issue was with me as I gave them no reason to be as rude and condescending in manner and tone towards me. I am new to the area and wasn't expecing that kind of service. Please have some manners and be kind to your customers it's not difficult or possibly think of retiring and out us out of misery. If not be nice as your actions and attutude can upset people who are already having a bad time in their life and don't need their day made any worse by your ill mannered attutideIf you would like to put right your wrong I would appreciate an apology and explain why you chose to be so mean and unprofessional. I work in the public sector which includes people suffering loss and other issues in life, we all have a bad day but would never treat people with such disrespectI would have given a minus 5 star but you need to give at least 1 to give a review.

Firstly I find the hours of opening very poor for people who are working full time. Not even a morning Saturday service till at least 12 or 1pm. Prescriptions never ready/ no apologies - just u will av to cone back 2mor or in a few days. Staff on the whole not friendly so I am using elsewhere now.

Dispensed the wrong tablets to my 85 year old dad. Luckily he spotted the issue and stopped talking them. Unbelievable

Don't like the long lunch break, a local chemist should be open on a Saturday, even if it's just the morning.

If I could give less that a 1 star, I would. Not only are their hours not convenient for people who work full-time jobs, but they have never been the friendliest of staff towards me. And recently, I have never experienced such level of disrespect before in my life.I went in to pick up a repeat prescription - routine. However, upon consultation with the doctor the previous week, she suggested a new prescription which I didn?t think I needed or wanted to I kindly asked her not to put it through. When I arrived at the pharmacy, not only was I told that I was too early and it wasn?t ready (before they even checked) even though I had called in the day before, but when I was given my prescription, I was told I needed to pay £11 - which wasn?t my usual cost so I asked why and was told it was for that new prescription. I kindly said, would it be okay to remove it. I don?t feel like I need it, I did tell the doctor, and I don?t want to pay for it. To which the lady huffed and went to the back proceeding to tell her colleagues very loudly ?Have you heard her? She doesn?t want it because she doesn?t want to pay for it? Can you believe that? She doesn?t want to pay for it? all whisky there?s people on the waiting area behind me.When she returned, I said ?did you know I could hear you? I heard what you said.?Her reply: ?well, we?ve waisted time putting that prescription together? My reply: ?right, and that?s worth making me feel like this? It?s not professional and it?s not kind. You don?t know my financial position, and I have a right not to pay for something I don?t need or want. Why judge me and mock me with your colleagues??Not once did she apologise. Extremely rude, extremely unprofessional. I will be switching pharmacies.

Thanks to Martin and the team at this pharmacy for carrying on working with such professionalism (and humour) to help get us through the COVID-19 crisis. This tumultuous time makes their dedication stand out like a brilliant thumbs up for just how well humans can take care and look after each other. They all deserve a massive pay rise and a long holiday. Matt Hancock sort it out ??
