Disappointed, refused service for my 9 month old baby?s prescription. Came straight from the doctors to collect. Pharmacy was closing 16:30, we had no idea nor the doctors that they were. I arrived at 16:26 asking if I could collect my prescription, with my baby in tow. They said no they are shut even though it wasn?t 16:30, doctors were also shocked they refused service for my baby.

Never answer the phone , so you don?t know if they have your prescription. They never have everything there for you. They close twice a day and shut earlier at night too. It?s got worse and worse. Some staff can be rude and need some customer service skills. Sad as it used to be really good.

Only been with them for so long, so hard to review from experience, one downside is that they rarely answer their phone, so the only way to find out if your prescription is ready, is by going to the actual pharmacy, no text service either.
On the whole, so far so good.

Third and final time i will use this place. First two medications not ready although approved. Today came home with 1 item instead of 5. Went back only to find they close for 30 minutes . When pharmacist appeared he blamed the person who had read the prescription for it being incorrect. I always thought they had to be double checked but obviously not here. He then told me to wait 15 minutes while he made the prescription up. No apologies at all for their negligence.
Never again.

They don't listening the customer and they ignore at me after I waited 10 minutes for someone to serve me. It's a shame to treat a customer like this in today's world.

Clayton Green Asda pharmacy is a joke. They close twice during the day for half an hour. Not great if you've only got a small window in which to pick up medication. I don't generally have half an hour to hang around doing nothing! Even when it is open there's usually a huge queue and the staff are often rude, like we are an inconvenience for ordering a prescription or that they can't find it. They deffo need a better system!
Also, if ordering on online Asda doctor, don't believe it when it says your prescription is ready to collect. It is not! You then get told you may have to wait up to 72 hours for it!

Never again, Called in on the 21-02-25, asked the pharmacist for a consultation for a minor but painful ailment.
From the look on his face he clearly didn't want to help.
Though he did, we left feeling under advised and with no offer of ways to relieve the symptoms

Repeat prescriptions are rarely ready for collection when they should be and more often than not there is at least one item missing because staff do not put all items together. It is convenient that the pharmacy is open 7 days a week, 9am to 9pm on 5 days, which is an improvement on our other local pharmacy.

Really helped me out today when my usual chemist had my partners prescription since Monday, 4 days later and it still wasn?t ready! My partner is dependant on his medicine. Rang them at 3pm to see if they had it in stock, 3hrs later it was ready. Went above and beyond for us ? can?t thank them enough.

Last few times I've needed meds on prescription they never have them or you have to wait an age for them or you have to go back like nearly 2hours later for it! they haven't all been for me either they have been for my toddler too so having to wait ages or travel to another pharmacy is just getting silly and prolonging the wait for my little girls medication.It's getting ridiculous an starting to annoy me now . I might aswell not bother getting my prescriptions from there anymore and just go elsewhere!
