This is one of the most dirtiest Asda I have been too - My wife and I went for ann eye test every single chair had dirt and lots of hair. It is obvious they have not been cleaned in a very long time. The floor space is dirty and when you start looking around the store, it has not been swept up properly. Checkouts are not wipe down and clean. The attitude of the staff is quite appalling. The Scottish man at the opticians is a very blunt and rude the optician himself did not do a complete eye test so we left and went and got our eyes tested elsewhere - give the place a clean !

A bit of a hit and miss. Normal shopping inside the store is alright but other services not so much. Click and collect can be anything between 10 to 30+ minutes wait with substitutes and not available items every time. Amazon parcel collection also not well organised, you just have to wait in the door until someone will eventually show up. Steady decline since covid. I may have to try a different supermarket.

Great store. Friendly staff, lots of choice and lots of stock.
Parking is great, never had a problem getting a space even on a busy day.
Great choice of wines and big bakery section too.

Didn?t receive my order and robbed my last 60 quid. Not getting a refund for 3-5 days and now there expecting me and my family to go hungry because I didn?t get refunded straight away

Dont bother getting click and collect. My slot was between 9 and 9.30 i arrived at 9am and checked in, 20 minutes later a lady behind me turned up saying she was here 30 minutes last time , so she decided to go in and let them know , another 10 minute's later the woman came out without mine.
When I asked why have I waited so long she says the check in doesn't work hadn't for ages and to ring the number. However the number is so small and in white blocks it wasn't visible.
She also told me she has been there since 4am and no time to keep popping her head out to check if any ones waiting She also told us she hadnt had not had a minute. If that's the case tell a manger and get someone else.
The customer service is awful she was rude and there is always substitutes.I won't be back

Your quality of meat is now terrible why does it keep going off before the expiry date happening to many times this now don't have this problem with other supermarkets just asda even aldis meat is better quality and that's saying something

Un happy with one of my deliverys 26 Feb yesterday had time slot missed them by five mins note thru door rang them said couldn't bring it back as all drivers had gone home but yet I was still in my timeslot until 8 the person over the phone didn't seem bothered about anything even when I told him got mobility issues

too many alternates, margarita pizza sent in place of meat feast, absolutely horrible service, if we order something and you don?t have the product, i want my money back, and inside of this asda they have people making pizzas, so how do i only have a margarita pizza in place for a meat feast? bone idle Edit: and they haven?t even sent back all the money for the £12 meal deal, they sent back £5, not going to shop here anymore
