I live 16 miles away and is tough to get to. I tried to explain that and cancel my membership. They said I need to live 15 miles away to cancel. I explained that I do via email. They never got back to me after the email explaining I live more than 15 miles away from the location and will not let me cancel. That alone has severely pissed me off. So now I?m using a different account on Google to keep the review different than my email. Because I know what happens on these reviews. If you plan on coming for a month because you?re in the area. Be aware. They do not let you cancel no matter what.

I mean the gym is fine but I've never seen a place have so many issues... In the couple of months I've been coming here I have seen/experienced:
- speakers just blasting a constant buzzing noise that can be heard though earphones
- floods (I don't know how you flood an upstairs gym but it happened)
- no hot water on two occasions, so freezing cold showers
- people with no membership walking in and taking up machines for an hour at a time
- being locked out when the locks started playing up while my stuff was still inside
- toilets, I'll leave it at that but this one is an everyday occurrence (overflowing, was the most recent experience)
I'm sure there's more but I'm locked in for at least a year now; again the gym is fine, some machines need new padding but that's about it
Seriously wish you could hear this buzzing from the speakers, I'm here for an hour and I don't think my sanity will be in tact by the time I leave
Edit: just seen they've left a fake review about the bathrooms the counter this review so now we're down to one star. When the toilets are filled to the brim with brown water I don't count that as clean

A great gym with a lot of variation when it comes to equipment! The bathrooms have recently been updated and are always kept clean by staff

Great gym, very large choice of equipment; weights, machines, C. V. & floor space for mat work. Staff helpful, professional & knowledgeable. Open 24 hours too.
