Cycling back thru the village and in need of a quick coffee I noticed this hidden gem. A wonderful Latte, extremely friendly staff and I was still there 30 mins later.
Large selection of Pastries, Snacks, as well as a full menu of sit down meals.
Definitely a returning customer.

Called in Brabins on Saturday to ask if they served food on a Sunday was told that they did up to 4pm and that I should book a table as it could get busy, no probs, booked in for 14:30pm. Turned up on the Sunday, table was waiting but advised that they were no longer serving food as they only serve food until 2pm! I asked why we were told to book in then at 14:30, young girl didn?t really have any idea. Off to the pub for a Sunday lunch. Not very impressed. Following day (Monday) we were still visiting Chipping so called in Brabins again to see if they were serving food that day. Yes said the lady behind the counter from 10am till 2pm. Ok, well let?s give it a go again we thought. Turned up at about 13:30ish for some lunch on my husband?s birthday to be then told they had a limited menu. When we looked they had crossed out with a pen their lunch dishes and were only serving breakfast meals, bacon , eggs etc as they had ?run out of wraps and bread? due to being ?busy the day before and that they had to go shopping!? Eggs for lunch then. Wow what a place, think they need to get their act together! Poor!

Didn?t even know this was here after years of cycling through Chipping! Lovely place, charming character, friendly welcome and service and the coffee and cake is delicious! Will be using this as a regular weekend coffee stop. ???

Very Disappointed this Sunday cost £9.0 for 1 slice of white bread I don't have it normally due to my health conditions! And a ton of butter in the eggs. I was there last year and was very good so no clue what's gone wrong there but I won't be visiting again and will be calling them to see if they charged me correctly!

Excellent little village cafe and shop. Popped in for a Bailey's Coffee on the Chipping Does Chipping day. Fantastic friendly staff, menu looks delicious can't wait to return to eat there. Brilliant garden at the back to sit out when the weather is sunny. Would definitely recommend going.

Visited with family and friends for lunch. The food and service were both excellent. The menu is relatively small but with a good choice - I had halloumi and smashed avocado and it was delicious. Will definitely return.

What a gem of a shop/cafe. Next to Tillys pub on Chipping main street. Food was top quality and staff really friendly. Hot/cold sandwiches. Cakes, soup and all day breakfasts. Tea/coffee. Dog friendly in lovely garden at back with seating. Dog icecream available! Nicely surprised that the shop has all supplies Inc dog food, alcohol, fresh/tinned foods etc. Bread and such like. Groseries.Will be back!

This is the oldest trading shop in the country. It is now both a post office and a tearoom. I sat in the pleasant garden as i had my dog with me. Very nice area,made better with a good latte and a lovely piece of salted caramel ginger cake.

Walking round Chipping, and needed somewhere for lunch. Having wandered past this cafe earlier in the morning we thought we'd try it for lunch. And we were really glad we did! The food was plentiful and of a high quality, and the cafe itself was a really nice setting (as it was a sunny day there was a choice of outdoor and indoor seating (we elected to go indoors out of the sun). Sausage and bacon barms ordered - they came stuffed with filling, but we did have a little space for the cake (of which there was a good choice). All in all, we can't recommend this cafe highly enough!
