The service is appalling, we waited 15 minutes and eventually summoned a member of staff to take our order. It was not busy it was around 3.00 pm and wanted a coffee and cake. Just had lunch and we’re very disappointed to say the least,we had ham and Brie sandwich with a portion of chips,the ham was prosessed and wafer thin and the cheese was very tasteless,as for the chips well they were very disappointing too so all in all not the best lunch we have had. Turkey ciabatta was fatty pork . Not very nice . They should have been honest. At least they took it off the bill .
