We enjoyed our stay at the Calf’s Head. We were attending a wedding at the Outbarn. We found the location a little remote but perfect if you just want some nice walks and peace and quiet. Food was really nice and rooms were clean.
Nestled in the heart of the picturesque conservation village of Worston but only a couple of minutes from the A59, the Calf’s Head offers 12 en suite homely bedrooms including a King room and deluxe suite with air bath.
Open fires, and a dog friendly pub brimming with traditional character plus a “glass house” conservatory for diners to feast their eyes on the stunning gardens, picturesque brook and Pendle Hill whilst enjoying a spot of breakfast, lunch or dinner makes this inn a favourite for families.
We offer an extensive range of locally sourced dishes which are always cooked from fresh. There are always 4 real ales and a large selection of good wines.
Our large dining areas can also cater for private dining.
