My Wife and I have been coming to this fantastic Salon for some time now. Jen, Tracey and Amanda are super professional and efficient and are always very friendly and welcoming. This is the best beauty salon in the district. I have tried a lot of places in the local area to get my nails done and have never been completely satisfied at the results. I have been going to Guilded Dreams now for a year and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Their customer service is professional and they are super friendly. I went into the shop and booked an appointment and everything was confirmed. When I arrived at my appointment on Friday I got faced with a lot of grief from the lady who works there, as I didnt confirm the email however it never got sent to me. I had booked the day off especially for this treatment and they let me down massively! She continued to be rude about the situation huffing and puffing and walked away from me. I felt extremely uncomfortable and wouldn?t recommend.

Today was my first time ahead of our wedding in 2 days and I had 4 hours worth of appointments with Jen. I was blown away by her professionalism and what she has done, I have never been so impressed! They've had to deal with a member of staff needing surgery unexpectedly yet they have still maintained customer care and exceeded expectations. Thank you so much Icant wait to come back!!
