In and out, just how it should be. The Drs are great and don't keep you waiting, the waiting rooms have plenty of room ant the chemist is in the same building so no faffing about!.

Shared access to pharmacy. Internals of the building starting to look tired. Receptionists are not always professional or friendly. A recent visit to the pharmacy, the surgery phone started to ring , the staff sat back and let it ring whilst carrying on their conversation between the three of them.

GPs and doctors are fantastic but sometimes there are very upsetting receptionists. Called up today about a reoccurring problem (one GPs themselves have told me to ring up for if it persists) / 111 referral due to pain and was told I cannot get an appointment with a doctor as there is nothing ?visibly wrong? with me? what! Over the phone, too? Excuse me but is that not the job of the GP and doctors to diagnose a patient? And there are plenty of people with sicknesses or chronic conditions that are ?not visible? who need to be seen by doctors.The receptionist started arguing with me about my need for an appointment - she kept talking over me, raised her voice and kept insisting that there is nothing wrong with me? well there clearly is if I?m ringing up, am in a lot of pain and have been referred over by 111? Managed to get an appointment eventually but I had to be very insistent about it.God bless anyone who is sick and does not have the confidence to stand up to the staff like this. Really disheartening that this is not my first bad experience here with such nasty reception staff, too. The surgery is not at all bad (like I said the GPs are wonderful, and to be fair reception staff seems to be luck of the draw - some are great and some others not so great) so 1 star may be unfair, but the way I?ve been treated today and in the past from receptionists here has really made me lose faith in this surgery and is making me consider changing surgeries. The fact that behaviour like this towards patients from the reception staff is allowed is absolutely appalling and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Just been told of the lady on the reception they don?t deal with hay fever anymore because I can get everything from the pharmacy over the counter so I asks ok what?s the nasil spray called avamys 27.5 i wrote it down went over the road to boots and they told me it?s prescription only they don?t know what there talking about at that doctors! Had to ring back up got the same girl who tried to fob me off again when I eventually told her I?m in the pharmacy they said it?s prescription only I?m actually stud here trying to get it then she looked a little closer and said oh ok I?ll have to get a doctor to prescribe it to you?.. well yes you idiot?.. I said that?s all I?ve wanted was the correct information they honestly can?t be bothered with you down there!! Possibly the worst receptionists ever
