shocking phone manner by one of the staff last week I told the assistant not to return the prescription back to the out of hours doctor and what did she do she blatantly went and did it so had to go out and get the prescription from a different pharmacy

My mate is not using wells pharmacy never again he has chrang to a another one because the service is very very bad u try to ring them and they do not answer the phone he has been waiting a week for his medical and he has still not got them the one he needs the delivery is poor they say sent them and they do not turn up he be in all day waiting and nothing he is not very happy for anyone out there please do not use the pharmacy worst pharmacy ever

Have rung the chemist numerous times and nobody bothers to answer. Do not know if my pills will be delivered and when. Have to move chemist because I can not put up with this.

If only you could get through on the phone, I am signed up for the text notification service but they often don?t come and the only way to find out if your scrip is ready is to drive over each time. People in the shop are fine.

The BIG issue with this pharmacy is communication. Trying to ring them on the phone is extremely difficult. I have spent over an hour trying to get hold of them on more than one occasion. It doesn't even seem to matter what time of day it is either. Also they often forget to pop my tablets when this is on my record with them. Sometimes I end up having to sit in the pharmacy and wait while they do this. Also their text system to inform you when medication is ready doesn't always work. Finally in the pharmacy it tells you when you can expect your medication to be ready if ordered by a given day. Basically it requires around 7-8 days including weekend. This is rubbish! Just to give you an example - I ordered medication on Thursday 17th April and hadn't heard it was ready by Tuesday 26th which is way over this. Even then it was only through the rigmarole of trying to ring them that I found out they were having problems with one of my medications and that was the delay. It doesn't matter to them that one of the other medications that IS ready may be the one you desperately need.
