Wow, Vodafone I don't know what to say .. I visited my local Vodafone store in Burnley recently and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff showed no interest in helping me at all ? they were dismissive, unhelpful, not interested and made no effort to resolve my issue in person. Just 3 lads sat about talking so Instead I was simply fobbed off with a few phone numbers to call, which completely defeated the point of visiting the store. I expected better from Vodafone and left feeling frustrated and ignored. I then had to call customer services which took over 1.5 hours to resolve a simple issue

My husband needed an upgrade, we called in at the Burnley Store. We are so not tech savvy?. We were greeted by Shaun who was very polite, chatty and knowledgeable and helped us choose a new phone for my husband. He made the experience far easier and quicker than we had anticipated...so thanks Shaun, you are a credit to your store. ?
