The ACT Sadie was absolutely fantastic. Having experienced stress due to medication shortages at my own pharmacy, I truly appreciated how she went above and beyond to reassure me that she could fulfill my medication request on short notice. The entire team was incredibly helpful and attentive, and the level of service I received was a refreshing change compared to other pharmacies.

I attended this pharmacy as I couldn't get a GP appointment. I had a throat infection. The lady pharmacist was really helpful. She examined me and prescribed me some antibiotics. I then returned for a second time and once again received another great service from the same lady pharmacist. Very thorough and professional. Thank you.

Pharmacist was wonderful. He took the time to look after an elderly gent before me. He saw me waiting and he didn't rush the care that he gave him. Whilst I was waiting for something else, he saw to another gent who had crutches, he made sure he could carry his prescription. When he saw to me, he was fantastic. Thank you for caring for everyone who walks through your doors <3

Complete lack of empathy for their patients. When you do go in for a prescription, you wait ages whilst they stand in the back chatting about their weekend. Very unprofessional.

The pharmacy's operating hours are unreliable, with instances of apparent closure indicated by darkened premises and locked doors. At 3:15 PM today, the pharmacy was locked, displaying a notice citing the absence of a pharmacist and a one-hour closure. However, three staff members were observed at the rear of the store. Repeated knocking resulted only in being ignored by staff, one finding it something to smirk at. The same was happening to another customer who was also waiting!. A subsequent phone call, which was unexpectedly answered, informed me of the absence of a pharmacist and that the staff were all work-experience students and unable to dispense prescriptions. I told her that I was collecting outstanding items owed from my last prescription; however, she claimed she could not help. After providing my contact information, I was informed that I would be contacted upon reopening; however, I have yet to receive that call.
I could compile a dossier detailing the shortcomings and the contempt they show toward their customers, reaching back several years.
We seem to have become beholden to pharmacies since the introduction of electronic prescriptions. Village Pharmacy is the epitome of how to mistreat customers but expect our gratitude!?

Absolutely disgusting service at this pharmacy. Every time I go to collect my babies prescribed milk they say oh sorry we need to order it even when they have had his prescription for a few days. Surely they must get the prescription and order it so it's ready for you to collect when you go in. Now I call them to make sure they have ordered his milk in before I go in. However I have just been in to collect some medication he desperately needed today. I gave them two days to order it knowing how useless they are and despite having two days they have failed to order it for him. He's ran out of his medication so I desperately needed that to have been ready to collect for him today. Not to mention you walk in and you have to wait at least ten minutes to be acknowledged before the staff have finished their chat amongst each other. I was told she could order it there and then and it would be there tomorrow but he needed it for this evening and tomorrow morning. I now have to take my baby and other children in teatime traffic to go and collect what he needs from coln Rd pharmacy which I will be using from now on. The manager or owner of this pharmacy really needs to get their staff in check and see what on earth is going on!! Absolutely useless and a waste of time do not use this pharmacy

Went to collect week old prescription. Assistant's were all chatting and laughing in back, completed prescriptions all over floor. Looks very unprofessional and untidy. Finally told they are struggling to get the item and gave me prescription back to take to another pharmacy! Also why are none of the items priced in the shop area?
