“Drivers NOT allowed to wait inside T1 @ Manchester, used to have their own desk inside, they have to wait at bus stop C, information at Manchester Airport SHOULD know, maybe even special assistance should know, the only reason not 5* is due to Manchester Airport messing its customers about!!!”
