Had the most positive interaction with the security guard at TKMaxx. After discovering an item I had purchased was damaged on the way out, Manni helped me get a refund and resolve the issue. He was calm and collected and answered any queries I have. Thank you!

Went to tk maxx with 8 month old grand child after pushing him round the store as we went to pay the child flinched. I noticed a Sharp plastic tang on the inside of the child seat. I was so disappointed with the cashers response I had to tell her 3 times eventually she told me to leave it by the end of the checkouts. She never took the interest to look or even get someone else to look.

Same old, decent bargains, if you go with an open mind, pointless trying to be too specific, good for a browse, check clearance stuff carefully, as they flog returns, damaged items!?

Not a bad store and you can find some decent bargains, but you really have to look, sometimes it's like a jumble sale and stuff just thrown on the shelves and racking. Overall good experience.
