It is hard to believe that a mere 7 hours ago, I was completing a 5 star review and praising T K Maxx, Halifax for their customer service. Here I am at T K Maxx, Burnley commenting on a store where the level of customer service is at the opposite end of the spectrum. Using my new sieve for the first time since its purchase, I discovered that the solder on the sieve was faulty and the handle dropped off. I returned to the store and received no help whatsoever. Obstacles were put in my way at every turn and I left the store with the broken pieces in hand.... never to return..
